Kathleen has over 25 years of diverse human resources experience, including serving with the largest international human resource solutions company in the world, Kelly Services, Inc.
She held several key positions during her 20-year tenure with Kelly, and developed and conducted training courses and seminars at client sites, as well as successfully sold and serviced significant consultant servicing contracts on a national basis. Kathleen established international agreements with several leading pharmaceutical, information technology and financial services companies and facilitated operating centers within the human resources departments at the clients’ sites.
Upon retirement from Kelly Services, Kathleen worked for two years as an Information Technology consultant for a boutique staffing firm and successfully recruited for numerous Fortune 500 companies in varied disciplines within the IT arena.
She also developed and executed an international recruiting plan for a government contractor client to retain high-level technical engineers for work at government installations.
Currently serving as President of a certified woman-owned retained exclusive executive search firm, Kathleen's firm delivers in all areas of human capital solutions. Her firm has delivered results and instilled confidence among numerous Fortune 500 companies for retained and exclusive searches to grow their executive and professional staff.
